Screening

For first-time visits, I require your legal name, real phone number, and one of two methods of screening. All screening information is for my eyes only and is deleted after our visit. Privacy and discretion are respected.

I require a text from your real phone number to verify, but I will use a different number or an email to reply/communicate if preferred.

Method 1 : Send me a selfie of yourself with a photo ID. You may cover up any information on the ID except your name and photo.

Method 2: Send me a link to your LinkedIn or your work’s company website if there is a profile of you there. Your name and profile photo must be visible for this method.
